This is in regards to my OC Rori and the Hunter x Hunter x Naruto crossover universe. Just for fun and also to help me keep track of my own headcanons lol.
The band is called Time Is Nothing and they play faith-based, hard rock music.
Benji Yamaguchi - Vocals
Benji is the frontman and primary songwriter. He is as extroverted as one can be, and very laid back and just fun to be around. The man is a gifted speaker and performer, and just radiates positivity.
Akio Kato - Guitar
Akio is typically very quiet and shy. However, whenever he does talk, it's like pure brilliance coming out of his mouth lol. He's the founding member along with Benji, and is insanely talented though modest.
Rori Greene - Drums
Rori was asked to join the band at 18 after their previous drummer left Suna. She never wanted to pursue a career as a musician, especially given how shy she was at the time, but they were persistent and she eventually gave in. Wendy Shima - Bass
Wendy is Rori's best friend and a large reason why she got into music and stuck with it. They both joined Suna's music club as young teenagers, unaware of how much they'd fall in love with it. Wendy isn't much of a songwriter and prefers to do covers, but does well at both.
The four of them are the official band members, but they consider the whole music club to be family. Often times other club members help them out with live shows, like with keyboards, extra guitars, etc.
What do they sound like? Much like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZsD5qz_T40
Might add to this later or whatever idk
Ryan is more of a side character OC and I’ve been contemplating whether or not I want to write a bio for him. But I’m just gonna do it. It’ll be pretty brief so I’m just making it a journal instead of a submission.

Basic info:
Random facts:
He has been a very close friend to Hayley and the band since they were kids. Kinda like a big brother to all of them.
Insanely intelligent guy. Like, he’s one of those people who just knows stuff about practically everything. He works a handful of different jobs, does a lot of research, and travels the world somewhat frequently (including tours with the band).
He’s basically Harley’s uncle, and probably the closest thing to a real father figure she’s ever had.
Seems kinda grumpy a lot of times, but is a huge softie inside. One of those people. Hashtag Luke Danes. Fight me.
Has a lot of connections around the world and plays a key role in helping Suna grow in technology and resources (after Harley moves there and becomes Gaara’s assistant).
Had his worries and doubts about Gaara at the beginning because of Shukaku and all, but he does a TON of research before making any harsh judgments; partly out of curiosity but mostly to make sure the girls would be safe around him. He ends up really taking a liking to Gaara.
inb4 I haven’t reaaaaaally put a ton of thought into him tbh, but as usual I’ll probably update this over time.

I know this game is old news at this point, but I felt like posting a little blurb about it. I don’t necessarily dislike the game… just didn’t really like it either, despite the fact that the original trilogy games are some of my favorite games of all time.
So, here are my reasons:
The games gave me headaches and motion sickness often, regardless of how I used the game camera.
The graphics and designs look really tacky for the most part imo. Too cheesy and cartoony even for a Spyro game. Just not my style.
Hovering doesn’t always work which can really mess you up. Totally not salty… *cough*
Don’t even get me started on the Sgt. Byrd camera glitches lol
I dunno if it’s just me but it seems like Spyro’s flame doesn’t reach quite as far anymore, so you have to get closer to everything.
They ruined Hunter by giving him kind of a douchebag personality from the voice actor they chose and his expressions. He was always my favorite in the originals so that was upsetting.
The flagkeeper in Scorch is probably the most TERRIFYING thing I’ve ever seen in a game. I’m always trying to rush through that minigame just so I don’t have to look at him anymore.
It’s harder to land skateboarding tricks than in the originals, which is a big deal to me because the skating levels were always some of my favorites and I always took the course records very seriously.
The grass makes it hard to find green gems (or any gems, really). As much as I played the originals and thought I had them memorized, I still struggled at times to find them all.
A lot of jumps and glides that were simple in the originals are now annoyingly difficult. *Glares at Dry Canyon & Tree Tops*
I guess I’ll also give a quick mention to a couple things I actually liked: they NAILED it with Moneybags; voice actor, facial expressions, everything. And despite my dislike of TFB’s style in general, there were a few levels that I actually thought looked really good. (Mystic Marsh, Cloud Temples, Spooky Swamp, Terrace Village, etc.) And I appreciate how you can now do the Sparx-point-to-gems thing in the first game.
Anyways. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
